据报道,心脏病基金会(Heart Foundation)西澳营养师经理汉伯里女士(Amelia Hanbury)表示,最常见的饭盒材料-零食,有含量很高的饱和脂肪、糖和盐。
本周澳IGA超市调查了一千位家长发现,81%的父母为了节省时间,给孩子们用预包装零食做午餐。有1/3的受访者表示,每天他们只花15分钟给孩子准备学校午餐。

As parents prepare to send WA children back to school next week, experts are urging even the most time-poor parents to steer clear of pre-packaged foods.
Heart Foundation WA nutrition manager Amelia Hanbury said most common lunch box fillers - such as snack bars - are high in saturated fat, sugar and salt.
“We know from the most recent Australian health survey that 41 per cent of energy for children is coming from these discretionary foods,” she said.
