美国豁免羧甲基醚纤维素钾盐与二甲基亚砜的最大残留限量

    食品伙伴网讯   据美国联邦公报消息，10月9日美国环保署（EPA）发布两项终期条例，豁免羧甲基醚纤维素钾盐（Cellulose Carboxymethyl Ether, Potassium Salt）与二甲基亚砜的最大残留限量。

    两项条例自发布之日起生效。征求意见的截止日期为2015年12月8日。

    This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of cellulose carboxymethyl ether, potassium salt; when used as an inert ingredient in a pesticide chemical formulation. Spring Trading Company on behalf of Lamberti USA, Incorporated submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act （FFDCA）， requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximumpermissible level for residues of cellulose carboxymethyl ether, potassium salt on food or feed commodities.
