美国豁免反式1,3,3,3-四氟-1-丙烯作为农药助剂的残留限量

    食品伙伴网讯   据美国联邦公报消息，10月9日美国环保署发布终期条例，豁免反式1,3,3,3-四氟-1-丙烯（trans-1,3,3,3-tetrafluoroprop-1-ene）作为农药助剂用于作物、农产品、动物以及清洁食品接触面情况时的最大残留限量。

    本条例于发布之日起生效，征求意见截止日期为2015年12月8日。

    This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of trans-1,3,3,3-tetrafluoroprop-1-ene （CAS Reg. No. 29118-24-9） when used as an inert ingredient （propellant） in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops, raw agricultural commodities after harvest, and animals, and when used as an inert ingredient in antimicrobial pesticide formulations for food-contact surface sanitizing solutions.
