欧盟修订酰嘧磺隆等5种农药的最大残留限量

    食品伙伴网讯   据欧盟网站消息，7月23日欧盟发布（EU）2015/1200 号委员会条例，就酰嘧磺隆（amidosulfuron）等多种农药在某些产品中的最大残留限量修订（EC） No 396/2005 号法规附录 II 和 III。

    这五种农药包括酰嘧磺隆（amidosulfuron），环酰菌胺（fenhexamid），醚菌酯（kresoxim-methyl），噻虫林（thiacloprid）以及肟菌酯（trifloxystrobin）。
   
    本法规自发布之日起第 20 天生效，并于 2016 年 2 月 12 日起实施。

    Article 1

    Annexes II and III to Regulation （EC） No 396/2005 are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

    Article 2

    As regards the active substances amidosulfuron, fenhexamid, kresoxim-methyl and trifloxystrobin in and on all products, Regulation （EC） No 396/2005 as it stood before being amended by this Regulation shall continue to apply to products which were produced by 11 February 2016.

    As regards the active substance thiacloprid in and on all products except blackberries, kale, lettuce and scarole, Regulation （EC） No 396/2005 as it stood before being amended by this Regulation shall continue to apply to products which were produced by 11 February 2016.
