欧盟审查氟吡菌胺的现有最大残留水平

　　食品伙伴网讯  2019年7月16日，欧盟食品安全局（EFSA）就审查氟吡菌胺（fluopicolide）的最大残留限量发布意见。

 

　　根据欧盟（EC）No 396/2005的第12章的规定，欧盟食品安全局审查了氟吡菌胺的最大残留限量。在现有数据基础之上，EFSA得出最大残留限量提案并开展了消费者风险评估，消费者可能面临严重风险。由于缺少监管框架要求的信息，消费者风险评估仅被认为是指示性的，部分拟定最大残留限量需要进一步的评估。

　　According to Article 12 of Regulation （EC） No 396/2005, EFSA has reviewed the maximum residue levels （MRLs） currently established at European level for the pesticide active substance fluopicolide. To assess the occurrence of fluopicolide residues in plants, processed commodities, rotational crops and livestock, EFSA considered the conclusions derived in the framework of Directive 91/414/EEC, the MRLs established by the Codex Alimentarius Commission as well as the import tolerances and European authorisations reported by Member States （including the supporting residues data）。
