英国FSA：关于将欧盟食品和饲料安全和卫生法律转换为英国法律的意见征集

 

    本次意见征求涉及食品和动物饲料条例、欧盟退出以及对保留欧盟食品和动物饲料安全和卫生法律进行修正的提议，特别是某些欧盟机构和机关的职能。意见征求时间为2018年9月4日至 2018年10月14日。

    Introduction

 

    1. The United Kingdom referendum, held on the 23 June 2016, resulted in a  majority vote to leave the European unio. On 26 June 2018, the  European unio （Withdrawal） Act 2018 （EUWA） was passed.

 

    2. The EUWA provides that, on exit from the EU, certain directly applicable EU legislation will be converted into UK law. In this Consultation, we refer to the converted law as “retained EU law”。
