欧盟食品安全局审查溴敌隆的最大残留限量

 

    据了解，国际食品法典委员会codex并未设置食品中溴敌隆的最大残留限量，欧盟食品安全局也未提议进口产品中溴敌隆的残留限量，不建议设置溴敌隆的残留限量。

 

    根据欧盟条例，可以将干制或高油脂食品中溴敌隆的检测限定为0.1mg/kg，将高水分和高酸食品中检测限定为0.01mg/kg。然而由于缺少毒理学建议值，这些限量并不能保证消费者的健康。

    According to Article 12 of Regulation （EC） No 396/2005, EFSA has reviewed the maximum residuelevels （MRLs） currently established at European level for the pesticide active substance bromadiolone.Considering that this active substance is not authorised for use on edible crops within the EU, that noMRLs are established by the Codex Alimentarius Commission （codex maximum residue limits） and thatno import tolerances w ere noti?ed to EFSA, residues of bromadiolone are not expected to occur in anyplant or animal commodity. Even though information on the limit of quanti?cation （LOQ） ofbromadiolone was provided by the European unio Reference Laboratories for Pesticide Residues, theavailable data were not su f?cient to derive a residue de?nition for enfo rcement against potential illegaluses.
