欧盟修订苯醚甲环唑等5种农药的残留限量

    食品伙伴网讯   据欧盟网站消息，7月9日欧盟发布委员会条例（EU）2015/1101，修订（EC）NO396/2005附件II和III当中关于五种农药的最大残留限量。

    这五种农药包括：苯醚甲环唑（difenoconazole）、氯吡菌胺（fluopicolide）、氟吡菌酰胺（fluopyram）、吡唑萘菌胺（isopyrazam）和二甲戊乐灵（pendimethalin）。法规自公布后20日起生效。

    THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,Having regard to Regulation （EC） No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 February 2005 on maximum residue levels of pesticides in or on food and feed of plant and animal origin and amending Council Directive 91/414/EEC （1）， and in particular Article 14（1）（a） thereof.
