食品伙伴网讯 据外媒报道，澳大利亚超市巨头科尔斯（Cole）被裁向食品和杂货供应商退还超1,230万澳元回扣，他们因被迫参与科尔斯“活动零售合作”（ARC）项目而支付额外的折扣或因迟交货被罚款。
据报道，因科尔斯对供应商的不合理行为，2014年澳洲竞争与消费者委员会（ACCC）把其告上法庭，澳消委称科尔斯利用市场垄断地位压榨供应商，收取回扣。
