食品伙伴网讯 据外媒报道,近日美国佛罗里达州发布警告称,生吃或者食用未熟的海鲜可能感染创伤弧菌(Vibrio Vulnificus)。这是一种致命的噬人肉细菌,存在于牡蛎、蛤蜊和螃蟹等甲壳类动物。
今年佛罗里达有8人感染该菌,其中两人死亡。其中一人是因为生吃海鲜,另一人则是因为多次感染这种细菌。
据报道,在佛罗里达州餐厅,菜单上已经出现警告文字:吃生的或未煮熟的贝类,患食源性疾病的风险较高。
