食品伙伴网讯 2019年10月15日,美国食品药物监督管理局(FDA)发布了修订后的国家监管程序食品安全标准,以监督食品企业生产、加工、包装、持有食品。
据了解,这些监管程序标准被称为“加工食品管理程序标准(MFRPS)”,最初由美国FDA于2007年5月间首次发布,每三年更新一次。此次更新涉及术语定义、文件附件、处理方法,以及现行在用标准。

The FDA established a committee comprised of officials from the FDA and state agencies responsible for the regulation and inspection of food facilities to develop and updat the MFRPS as a set of quality standards for manufactured food regulatory programs.The regulatory program standards are comprised of ten standards designed to protect the public from foodborne illness and injury. These elements include the program's regulatory foundation, staff training, inspection, quality assurance, food defense preparedness and response, foodborne illness and incident investigation, enforcement, education and outreach, resource management, laboratory resources, and program assessment.
