食品伙伴网讯 据外媒报道，日前欧盟投资者花3000万澳元购买西澳最大奶牛场Lactanz Dairies。据报道，此次成交把三年来有关该牛场去向的猜测和传闻画上一个句号，该农场坐落在Scott River岸边，位于玛格丽特河（Margaret River）南部，自2013年其债务积累2100万澳元时起，就处于破产接管阶段。
业内人士称，一位尚不能透漏名称的投资人，以“无交接、无盘货”（walk-out, walk-in）的方式结束了这场交易。这意味着，牛场的运营没有马上的变化，牛场将继续为加工商Harvey Fresh每年提供1500-2000升鲜奶和4500头肉牛。

European investors have shelled out close to $30 million for Western Australia's largest dairy producer Lactanz Dairies.
The sale puts to an end more than three years of rumour and speculation about the future of the operation - located in Scott River, just south of Margaret River - which had been in receivership since 2013 after accruing debts of $21 million.
An industry source said the investor, who at this stage could not be named, had purchased the operation as a “walk-out, walk-in” sale.
