食品伙伴网讯 据欧盟网站消息,5月4日欧盟发布了(EU)2016/691条例,修订欧盟委员会(EC)1333/2008号关于用于可食酪蛋白酸盐中食品添加剂法规的附录II,将可食用酪蛋白酸盐内容01.9置于食品分类01.8乳制品列表之后,同时批准碳酸钙、柠檬酸钠等14种食品添加剂按生产需要量用于可食酪蛋白酸盐。
新条例自发布后20日起开始实施。

THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European unio,
Having regard to Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 on food additives (1), and in particular Article 10(3) thereof,wheras:

Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 lays down a unio list of food additives approved for use in foods and their conditions of use.
