欧盟否决、撤销两项饲料添加剂许可

   食品伙伴网讯   据欧盟网站消息，8月17日欧盟发布（EU）2015/1399号法规，否决芽孢杆菌NCIMB 14858作为饲料添加剂，并撤销蜡样芽孢杆菌作为鸡饲料添加剂的许可。

    新法规否决芽孢杆菌NCIMB 14858制备物（原蜡样芽孢杆菌toyoi变种NCIMB 40112/CNCM I-1012）作为牛、兔子、鸡、断奶仔猪、育肥猪、母猪以及牛的饲料添加剂使用，撤销蜡样芽孢杆菌toyoi变种NCIMB 40112/CNCM I-1012作为饲料该添加剂火鸡鸡育肥、兔子繁殖的使用许可。该法规自公布二十日起生效。

    HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

    Article 1

    Denial of authorisation

    Authorisation of Bacillus toyonensis （NCIMB 14858T） as an additive in animal nutrition for use for cattle for fattening, rabbits for fattening, chickens for fattening, piglets （weaned）， pigs for fattening, sows for reproduction and calves for rearing is denied.

    Article 2

    Revocation of authorisation

    Authorisation of Bacillus cereus var. toyoi （NCIMB 40112/CNCM I-1012） as an additive in animal nutrition for use for turkeys for fattening and rabbit breeding does is revoked.
