欧盟就食品中四氢大麻酚对人体健康构成的风险发布意见

    食品伙伴网讯    据欧盟食品安全局（EFSA）消息，6月26日欧盟食品安全局专家组就乳与其他食品中四氢大麻酚（THC）对人体健康构成的风险发布意见。

    四氢大麻酚（THC）即D-9-四氢大麻酚来自大麻。在新鲜大麻当中，高达90%的四氢大麻酚以非精神刺激类的四氢大麻酚前体酸的形式存在。

    经过风险评估，欧盟专家组认为，关于报道当中使用火麻仁饲料的条件下，摄取乳与乳制品不会对人体健康构成风险。然而由于数据缺乏，目前还不能就摄取动物组织以及鸡蛋对人体的风险作出结论。

    The European Food Safety Authority （EFSA） was asked to deliver a scientific opinion on the risks for human health related to the presence of tetrahydrocannabinol （THC） in milk and other food of animal origin. THC, more precisely delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol （Δ9-THC） is derived from the hemp plant Cannabis sativa. In fresh plant material, up to 90 % of total Δ9-THC is present as the non-psychoactive precursor Δ9-THC acid. Since few data on Δ9-THC levels in foods of animal origin were available, the Panel on Contaminants in the Food Chain （CONTAM Panel） estimated acute human dietary exposure to Δ9-THC combining different scenarios for the presence of Δ9-THC in hemp seed-derived feed materials.
