食品伙伴网讯 据英国食品标准局消息,5月13日英国威尔士食品标准局就修订2014年食品卫生条例,删除动物紧急屠宰肉品标记征求意见,截止日期为2014年6月10日。
按照欧盟 (EC) No853/2004和 (EC) No854/2004法规要求,紧急屠宰肉品需加注特殊标记。然而基于该种肉品通过了肉品检查,不会对人体健康构成风险,欧盟委员会后期删除了这一规定。

The European Commission has removed the requirement in Regulations (EC) No. 853/2004 and (EC) No. 854/2004 for a special health mark to be applied to meat from animals that have undergone emergency slaughter outside a slaughterhouse and for such meat to be restricted to the national market. The Commission has deleted this requirement on the basis that meat from emergency slaughtered animals which has successfully passed post-mortem inspection does not constitute a risk to public health, a view shared by the FSA. These changes are set out in Article 1(2) and 2(1) of Commission Regulation (EU) No. 218/2014 and shall apply from 1 June 2014.
