食品伙伴网讯 据欧盟食品安全局消息,7月28日欧盟食品安全局发布了发酵大豆提取物NSK-SD® 作为新资源食品的安全性。
发酵大豆提取物NSK-SD?经过标准处理后纳豆激酶酶活性为20,000-28,000纤维蛋白降解单位/克。欧盟评估小组认为发酵大豆提取物NSK-SD® 的产品说明、批次差异性以及稳定性较好不存在安全隐患。作为膳食补充剂每天的限量为100mgNSK-SD® ,适宜人群为35岁以上健康人群,孕妇和哺乳期妇女除外。

Following a request from the European Commission, the EFSA Panel on Dietetic Products, Nutrition and Allergies (NDA) was asked to deliver an opinion on the fermented soybean extract NSK-SD? as a novel food (NF) submitted pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 258/97 of the European Parliament and of the Council, taking into account the comments and objections of a scientific nature raised by Member States. The NF is the fermented soybean extract NSK-SD?, which is standardised to a nattokinase enzyme activity of 20,000-28,000 fibrin degradation units/g.
