食品伙伴网讯 据欧盟网站消息，11月18日欧盟发布（EU）No1226/2014号委员会条例，批准一项不饱和脂肪酸可降胆固醇的健康声称。本法规自发布后第20天起生效。
根据欧盟（EC） No 1924/2006的规定，发布食品健康声称需经欧盟委员会批准。本健康声称的全称为“将饮食中的饱和脂肪酸用不饱和脂肪酸代替可降低血液中的胆固醇，高胆固醇是冠心病发病的一个风险因素”。
